solar-energy-cost.co.uk is operated by Zythero Ltd, registered in Scotland (Company No. SC863503). We are a lead generation service that connects homeowners with MCS-accredited solar panel installers in their region.
We are not a solar installation company. We do not install solar panels, provide installation advice, or offer financial products. We act solely as an introducer.
When you submit a quote request on our website, we:
Our service is only available to homeowners or those with the legal authority to make alterations to the property. Renters or tenants without landlord permission are not eligible.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a quote request. We reserve the right to reject or invalidate requests where false information is provided.
Submitting a quote request does not obligate you to purchase any product or service. You are free to decline any quote offered by an installer.
Once your details are passed to an installer, your relationship is directly with that installer. Any contract for solar installation is between you and the installer. We are not party to that contract and accept no liability for the installer's work, pricing, or conduct.
Installers using our platform are subject to a separate Installer Agreement which governs lead delivery, credit, disputes, and exclusivity. Key terms include:
We make reasonable efforts to qualify leads before delivery. We do not guarantee that every lead will result in a sale or survey. Leads are sold on an introductory basis.
Disputes are handled per our Installer Agreement. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion where a lead is found to be technically invalid (wrong number, non-existent) or clearly ineligible (confirmed renter).
Lead pricing is agreed individually with each installer at the time of onboarding. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Top-up amounts are £250, £500, and £1,000. Credit does not expire and is refundable within 14 days of account closure (unused balance only).
All content on solar-energy-cost.co.uk including text, design, images, and code is owned by Zythero Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zythero Ltd shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to any party shall not exceed £500 or the total amount paid by that party to us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered installers of material changes by email.
